Dahua DMSS Mobile Install

To connect to a site using the DMSS provided by App store you have to follow these instructions Exactly.

1. Download the DMSS app from the Apple App or Android App store.

2. Agree to the ToS and click "Next".

3. Choose the "United States" for Region/Country, then click "OK".

4. Open the app and click ADD DEVICE "+" Symbol in the upper right hand corner. (ignore the Sign-up button).

5. Choose the "Manual Add/ Bluetooth Search" if you were given a Serial Number.

6. If the APP requests you to log in choose "Maybe Later"

7. If you were given a QR Code Scan the QR Code given to you (This may require you to give Camera permissions to the app).

*If you were not given a QR code then and it doesn't Scan correctly, Click "Manual" and Type the Serial number you were given in its place.

* There is no Security Code (ignore that entry)

8. Allow the permissions requested "While Using the APP" and ALLOW (For Location and Blutooth).

9. Now choose NVR if requested on the left hand bar.

10. Now choose NVR Icon on the right hand side and click "Next"

11. Now click the ADD MODE drop down to say P2P.

12. Type the Name of the Location you wish to assign under NAME (your choice it will only apply to this device).

13. Username: will be supplied with the credentials given to you.

14. Password: will be supplied in the credentials given to you.

15. Click save.

You should now have the app on your device and be accessible for your viewing level.
